The house's walls are made of ceramic blocks and brick, insulated with mineral wool, and the windows are made of energy-saving aluminum profiles with argon, providing effective thermal insulation.


 The roof is covered with ceramic tiles from a renowned German manufacturer, guaranteeing durability and reliable weather protection.
