The house is located in a forest area, surrounded by tall pines and fluffy spruce trees, which gives it a special atmosphere of privacy and harmony with nature. The walls of the house are made of ceramic block and brick, the insulation is mineral wool, the windows are made of energy-saving aluminum profiles with  argon, which contributes to an effective thermal insulation effect.
 
The roof is covered with ceramic tiles from a well-known German manufacturer, which guarantees durability and reliable protection from weather conditions. An important aspect is the use of environmentally friendly Siberian larch wood for roofing, terraces and fencing, which adds natural charm and creates harmony with the surrounding landscape.
 
Architectural details, posts and fencing, are made from hand-molded clinker bricks from Germany, adding character and sophistication to the home. External decorative plaster from a famous German brand adds elegance and style to the facade.
 
An irrigation system and outdoor lighting were used to landscape the area, which helps highlight the natural beauty of the area around the house. Natural rolled stone paving stones play the role of not only an aesthetic element, but also ensure the practicality and durability of the landscape.
