The house consists of two functional parts: a residential unit and a recreational area. They are united by a common canopy, under which the architects placed the patio and Jacuzzi. Behind this area begins a private area with a pool, terrace and barbecue, which reaches the river.
On the first floor of the living unit there is the kitchen, living room and smoking room combined in a single open space, as well as a bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and guest bathroom. From the living room, through a sliding facade system, you can access the patio, and from there go to the adjacent unit with a sauna, shower room and relaxation room. In the summer, the spa area, patio and living room can be combined into one large area with access to the pool.
The second floor of the house has a billiard room with view windows, a bedroom with separate bathroom, a guest bedroom, a bathroom and a gym. The second floor has access to the roof terrace with views of the river and the lawn.
 
The interior is dominated by natural colors: gray, terracotta, green, navy blue, white and black. Thanks to the large panoramic windows and internal glass walls, the house feels light and transparent.
